Terms of Service.

By engaging with the Runviet Platform, you are entering a high-stakes performance environment. These terms govern our mutual accountability and the rules of engagement.

01.

Engagement Protocols

Effective Date: April 11, 2026

Runviet operates exclusively as a Performance Marketing Agency. We engineer traffic vectors and optimize conversion funnels. By onboarding as a client, you warrant that your product, service, and landing pages comply with all Federal Trade Commission (FTC) laws, regional regulations, and core advertising network policies (Meta, Google, TikTok).

Mandatory Compliance

Runviet reserves the absolute right to freeze or terminate campaigns immediately if we detect:

  • warning Cloaking tactics not explicitly authorized and strategized via our internal Compliance Team.
  • warning Changes to backend fulfillment that result in elevated Chargeback Ratios (above 1%).
  • warning Bait-and-switch post-click environments introduced without prior code audits.

Platform Bans & Disclaimers

Due to the volatile algorithmic nature of major ad networks, Runviet cannot and does not guarantee that Business Managers or Ad Accounts will never face temporary restrictions or bans. The Client assumes all risks associated with Ad Network algorithmic flags. Runviet’s sole liability in such events is limited to executing standard appeal protocols.

Billing & Capital

Agency Fees & Ad Spend

Runviet’s remuneration is structured as a hybrid of Retainer + Percentage of Ad Spend (or CPA/Revenue Share, depending on the MSA). Ad Spend is entirely separate from Agency Fees. Clients are responsible for directly funding the ad platforms.

  • 1. Pre-payment: In retainer models, month-to-month fees are due 5 days prior to the start of the billing cycle.
  • 2. Scaling Bonuses: If the campaigns hit predefined ROAS/CPA targets, scale bonuses are invoiced weekly to maintain cash flow velocity.
  • 3. Refund Policy: Due to the irreversible nature of raw human hours, strategic IP delivered, and platform limits, all Agency Management Fees and Setup Fees are strictly non-refundable.

Intellectual Property

Scaling requires bespoke creative engineering and robust sales infrastructure.
