RunViet Ads Manager

RunViet Ads Manager is an internal Google Ads campaign management and optimization application built and operated by Công ty TNHH Runviet (Runviet Co., Ltd.), a Vietnam-based performance marketing agency. It is used exclusively by Runviet employees to manage the Google Ads advertiser accounts that are linked under Runviet’s Google Ads manager accounts (MCC).

What the application does

  • Reporting & analysis — retrieves campaign, ad group, keyword, ad and conversion performance data through the Google Ads API to build daily reports and spot underperforming elements.
  • Campaign creation — creates Search, Dynamic Search, Performance Max and Display campaigns from approved briefs (budgets, targeting, ad groups, keywords, responsive search ads, assets such as sitelinks and callouts).
  • Campaign management — adjusts budgets and bids, pauses or enables campaigns, ad groups, keywords and ads, manages negative keywords, audiences, geo/language targeting and ad schedules.
  • AI-assisted optimization — generates optimization recommendations that are reviewed and approved by Runviet staff before being applied. Every change is recorded in an internal audit log; a safety limit caps daily budgets and the number of changes per hour.

Who can use it

The application is not offered to the public. Access is restricted to named Runviet employees who sign in with a Google account that Runviet has explicitly authorized. Clients of Runviet never interact with the application; they only accept the standard Google Ads manager-account link invitation from Runviet.

How it connects to Google

RunViet Ads Manager uses Google OAuth 2.0 to obtain the Google Ads API scope (https://www.googleapis.com/auth/adwords) for Runviet’s own manager accounts. It only accesses accounts that are linked under those manager accounts. The application does not create advertiser accounts, does not sell or resell access, and does not share Google Ads data with any third party.
