RunViet Ads Manager – Privacy Policy

RunViet Ads Manager — Privacy Policy

Last updated: 14 September 2026

This Privacy Policy explains how Công ty TNHH Runviet (“Runviet”, “we”, “us”) collects, uses, stores and protects information when Runviet employees use the internal application RunViet Ads Manager (the “Application”). The Application is used only by authorized Runviet staff to manage Google Ads accounts linked under Runviet’s Google Ads manager accounts.

1. Information we access

When an authorized user signs in with Google, the Application requests the following:

  • Basic profile information (Google account email address) — used solely to verify that the user is on Runviet’s list of authorized employees.
  • Google Ads data via the Google Ads API scope (https://www.googleapis.com/auth/adwords) — campaign structure and settings, performance statistics (impressions, clicks, cost, conversions), keywords, ads, assets, audiences and conversion actions of advertiser accounts linked under Runviet’s manager accounts.

The Application does not access Gmail, Drive, Contacts, Calendar or any other Google service.

2. How we use the information

  • To display reports and performance analysis to Runviet staff.
  • To create and modify Google Ads campaigns, budgets, bids, keywords, ads and assets on behalf of the linked advertiser accounts, after review and approval by Runviet staff.
  • To generate optimization recommendations. Google Ads data may be processed by an AI assistant operated under Runviet’s account solely to produce those recommendations; it is not used to train any model.
  • To keep an internal audit log of changes (who made which change and when) for accountability and troubleshooting.

3. Google API Services User Data Policy — Limited Use

Runviet’s use and transfer of information received from Google APIs adheres to the Google API Services User Data Policy, including the Limited Use requirements. In particular, we do not sell Google user data, do not use it for advertising purposes other than managing the campaigns of the linked accounts themselves, and do not allow humans to read it except for the authorized staff operating the Application, for security purposes, or to comply with applicable law.

4. Storage and security

  • OAuth credentials (refresh tokens) are stored encrypted-at-rest on servers controlled by Runviet with restricted file permissions and are never shared with third parties.
  • Google Ads data is retrieved on demand and kept only transiently in memory to render reports; the audit log stores change descriptions (e.g. campaign ID, new budget) but not end-user personal data.
  • All traffic between the Application, its users and Google uses HTTPS/TLS.
  • Only a small number of named Runviet employees have access, protected by Google sign-in and an allow-list.

5. Sharing

We do not share, sell, rent or transfer Google Ads data or Google account information to any third party. Data is shared only with Google itself through the Google Ads API in order to perform the actions requested by Runviet staff.

6. Retention and deletion

OAuth tokens are retained while the corresponding Google account is used to operate the Application and are deleted when access is revoked or the account is removed from the allow-list. Audit log entries are retained for up to 12 months. You can revoke the Application’s access at any time at https://myaccount.google.com/permissions; revocation immediately invalidates the stored token. To request deletion of any remaining data, contact us at the address below.

7. Changes to this policy

We may update this policy from time to time. The current version is always published at https://runviet.com/ads-tool/privacy/.
